Our firm is located in Haifa and is comprised of an experienced and highly skilled team of lawyers and administrators. The firm includes 9 permanent lawyers, 3 interns and pre-interns, and 25 permanent secretaries and administrative staff, (including IT personnel and judgement enforcement clerks) who support the firm’s legal work.
It is also important to mention that some of the firm’s regular activity is conducted in foreign languages, including English, Arabic and Russian, which our firm’s attorneys speak fluently and allow us to assist client’s at the highest level of attention as well as a better understanding their needs.

Adv. Zohar Nissim, Senior Partner, Notary and Mediator

Fields of expertise:

Adv. Nissim is the managing partner of the firm’s tax law division, which team includes attorneys with expertise in criminal proceedings. Adv. Nissim also coordinates the various real estate transactions, serves as an appointed defender in disciplinary proceedings in the public sector and is well versed in civil service’s disciplinary proceedings. During the course of his work, he serves as the public representative on the Civil Service Commission’s Tender Committee, and as a judge on the Israel Bar Association’s disciplinary tribunal.

Adv. Mordechai Cohen – Nissan, Senior Partner and Notary

Adv. Cohen-Nissan manages the firm’s civil division, which team is comprised of attorneys who specialize in pecuniary actions, torts, land law, negotiable instruments law, judgement enforcement actions and more.
He serves as a public representative on the Civil Service Commission’s Tender Committee.
He serves as the deputy chairman of the Israel Bar Association Haifa District Judgement Enforcement Committee and as a member of the national Judgement Enforcement Committee.

We pride ourselves on providing debt collection services using four methods, which include warning letters, instigated telephone contact, prosecuting actions at the various courts throughout the country and by the Effectuation of Judgements Bureau agency, and all while making use of a novel computerized system and magnetic media.
